FANSA undertakes general agent assignments based on a client’s appointment and the tasks agreed for that engagement. The service can be discussed for a range of client needs, with the work defined clearly before it begins.
What to expect
At the outset, the client and FANSA discuss the objective, responsibilities, limits of authority, expected communication and any information needed to complete the assignment. Commission and any other agreed charges should be recorded and understood by both parties before work starts.

Agree authority
Confirm the appointment, boundaries of the agent’s authority and any required documentation.
Confirm terms
Agree the scope, communication, commission and any relevant expenses in writing.
Stay updated
Progress and completion are communicated in line with the agreed engagement.
